The ranch house is the levels and has 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, and 11 beds. Kitchen, laundry room, 2 living rooms. If beds are slept with two then 18 people can utilize beds
The Barn dominium has 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms. 8 beds. Sink, table, fridge, large living room, laundry.
You can check-in as early as 4:00 pm. Check-out is 10:00 am.
Yes, check-in and check-out times can be altered upon request. Approval will depend on current reservation and change-over schedule.
Yes, camp trailers and RV's are allowed on the property. Water is available, however, we are not equipped with electrical hookups or dump stations.
Tents are permitted on the property in the designated tent areas outside of the sprinkler system between the house and barn.
The BLRH does not have air conditioning. Ceiling fans are provided in every room with the exception of the house basement where the temperatures are cooler. If windows are open during the night and blinds and windows are closed during the day with the fans going the spaces stay reasonably cool.
Yes, the propane BBQ grill is medium sized. Propane is provided.
There are two sets of washers and dryers for guest use. One set in the house and one set in the barn.
No. Please do not remove property (towels, tables, chairs, kitchen equipment, etc) from the property. Any missing items will be the responsibility of the guests to replace.
Yes, there is a fire pit. Firewood is not provided; however, many times guests will leave unused firewood for other guest use. If left over firewood is near the firepit or in the pile behind the barn guests are welcome to use it. Please DO NOT leave fire unattended and make sure that fires are extinguished before going to bed or before leaving the property.
The kitchen is well stocked for groups up to 20 people for serving, baking, cooking. If you are providing meals for over 20 or if you don’t want to do dishes, we would suggest bringing disposable paper goods. 2 large crockpots, 2 griddles, toaster, waffle maker, blender, Keurig machine, hand mixer are just some of the items provided.
