You can check-in as early as 3:00 PM. Check-out time is at 11:00 AM.
Yes, check-in and check-out times can be altered upon request. It will depend on current reservation and change-over schedule.
A $200 deposit is required to secure your reservation. $100 is retained for administrative fees. Notice of cancellation must be given 60 days before reservation start date to receive the remaining $100. The full $200 deposit will be retained if notice of cancellation is given less than 60 days before the reservation start date. The deposit is applied towards rent fees.
Any person over 20 for the house and any person over 35 for the house & barn rented together is $5 extra per person/per night.

Example: If you are renting just the house and bring 25 people for 3 nights, 5 extra persons x $5 per night = $25 x 3 nights = $75 additional fee.

  • Paper goods if providing meals for over 20 or if you don't want to do dishes

  • Sleeping bags & pads (house sleeps 18 in beds / barn sleeps 16 in beds)
  • If you plan on building a fire you will need to bring firewood for the outside fire pit
Camp trailers are allowed on the property. We currently have water and 30 amp power available for trailers.
